How do I report a bug while in the TestFlight beta?

Open TestFlight on your iPhone, tap Reps, then tap Send Beta Feedback. You can also take a screenshot inside the app and tap Share Beta Feedback from the markup view — TestFlight will attach the screenshot and your device info automatically. For anything urgent, email reps@hirilonde.com.

What sign-in options does Reps support?

Email and password, Sign in with Apple, and Sign in with Google. We recommend Sign in with Apple for the best privacy guarantees — Apple can relay a private email address so your real inbox never reaches us.

Why does Reps ask for HealthKit access?

Reps reads a small set of HealthKit signals — sleep, resting heart rate, body mass, active energy, and workouts — to display next to your training so you can see how recovery correlates with performance. HealthKit access is optional; you can tap Skip on the permission prompt and Reps will still work. HealthKit data is read-only in context, stays on your device, and is never uploaded to our servers.

Where is my workout data stored?

Workout data (exercises, sets, reps, weights, templates, personal records) is synced to your account and stored in Google Firebase — specifically Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, on Google Cloud infrastructure in the United States. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

How do I delete my account and data?

From inside Reps, go to Profile → Delete Account. This removes your workout data from Firestore and deletes your authentication record. If you can't reach the in-app option for any reason, email reps@hirilonde.com from the address tied to your account and we'll do it manually within 7 days.

Can I export my workout data?

Export from inside the app is on the roadmap. In the meantime, email reps@hirilonde.com from your account address and we'll send you a JSON dump of your data within a few business days.

How do I install a TestFlight update?

Open TestFlight, find Reps, and tap Update. If you have automatic TestFlight updates enabled in Settings → TestFlight, new builds install on their own.

What iPhone do I need?

Reps requires iOS 17 or later. Any iPhone that runs iOS 17 will work, though the bold numeric display is happiest on a screen larger than an iPhone SE.
